I think it would be rather bland tbh. Would make Doctor rounds insanely annoying if he manages to hook 4 persons, especially with Unnerving presence. I consider Doc to be annoying enough in the curre…1 -

50% would be broken, especially on clown. It would make any pallet a deathtrap since you couldn't create any distance. I use BS on half of my killers already, and I don't consider that perk…2
