Inner Strength plus Decisive is very overpowered. The Killer can either take the DS stun or leave you and you get healed.1 -

No where has it been said that DS is an anti-tunneling perk, it never has been. It's just been nerfed to make it look like an anti-tunneling perk because we can all agree that Old DS was broken.…1
