It's not the Insta Heal that actually stacks, it's the charge reduction that it causes which stacks with other charge addons4 -

Depends how good a survivor is, I run no perks to help me in chases yet I'm able to loop quite efficiently even at Rank 1, All you need is a good Jungle Gym or TL wall and you're golden and…1 -

Survivors don't need perks to be good at the game, they prolong your life but aren't needed. Killers on the other hand need the perks or they'll get wasted by a 4 man SWF team15 -
