I would say no because the perk is just unhealthy, i think it should be for either for dodging a hit or gaining distance not both, or there should be a activation requirement.1 -

why does the survivor scream sometimes but not get injured?
like i hit them before deadharding even takes place on my screen but instead they scream as if i hit them but they take no damage and just run off. is this due to the "fix" with deadhard?1 -

Bubba survivor faces
any chance we can get some more survivor faces, maybe a felix face. we dont need to remove any, we need to add more, we need intelligent architect bubba. cmon devs bubba deserves more faces.6
