I would consider adding that cooldown that Ghoul got like 2s you can't use your power after breaking pallet to allow for more distance and counterplay, nothing crazy but still noticible.9 -

The entire power reads like a novel while her power is nothing to do with Skull Merchant. SM is set up killer (or she was until she was nuked) and she should stay that way. People will still hate her…-1 -
