Us vs them is not useless. In fact killers being loud for years made survivor experience worse. Tribalism is everywhere, if you don't embrace it you get eaten by other groups.5 -

Survs should speak more openly without fear like killers do. Instead they are hiding behind voting system often. Unless they are happy with current state of the game lol.0
