Yeah @GeneralV's ideas are really good to make him actually good killer and more fun. Unfortunately devs will doesnt listen we for at least next 5 years.1 -
Re: Kinship should be slightly changed and made basekit.
I would make this perk basekit for survivors and change it like this: while hooked if killer is 16 metres near of you and not chasing anyone, hook timer pauses. That would solve camping really well.3 -

If they really make maps balanced, they can revert all killer buffs and even remove Bloodlust from the game imo.4
