I'd like it too, but I don't think the devs know you can censor parts of your game for certain countries. Just listen to what each country has to say about the dismemberment and only enable…1 -

No, someone who knows how to fix the linked cosmetics is likely experienced and a bad start can really screw you over as a Killer. I'll eventually chase them though.1 -
