Sure Surveillance is crap. All Seeing : Spirit isn't that bad. I've know better add on add ons mainly for the wraith. Though though Surveillance tries to be good when it's just not. Wh…5 -

Yeah probably though my idea of making all seeing spirit and surveillance basicly the same beside a few minor things. I feel like it would fix the perk1 -
