In some cases you should pre-drop pallets, but Kaneki's almost non-existent cooldowns hinder counter-play for survivors too much3 -

They are on their way to make every map just like Haddonfield because of the killer mains can't get 4k in 3 minutes and whining about how maps are bad for them and their killers not strong enough6 -
