No, no you can't. You would have to go past the wall, through a door or window. Is it a terrible thing that you can't pinpoint a survivor through walls if they run a perk?1 -

If it gets too bad then just disable the effects when the exit gate is powered.1 -

There really isn't any reason to use this perk now. Maybe if you are just starting but you'd quickly replace it for something more effective.3
