Self-Care is a waste of a perk slot and far too many survivors crutch on it. Seriously, try running without it and use Iron Will or something in its place.9 -

They had a lot of good ideas but they're going too far. You're right that we haven't seen it in practice but like @Shad03 said some of us are trying to propose better changes.2 -
