It is, agreed. Even on billy I cant see any benefit. I get the same results without the new one. Might as well equip other perks instead of a bad "endgame" hex .3 -

They are not broken. They work as intented. The devs are well aware that you can combine them with belts. what are you talking about? Its not a power increase with more hatchets, they still one shot.…1 -
