It's a comeback perk if the killer struggled, and a perk to increase endgame difficulty in general. I'd say adrenaline is just as bs8 -

I believe they are more likely to give the undetectable status effect to killers like GhostFace instead, which makes survivors who run detection perks really up their awareness.1 -
Like Bricky said about Pig,
If Rule Set No. 02 was basekit, it would give her RBTs more oomph. He has a huge point on how survivors should not be able to see jigsaw boxes if their RBTs are unarmed.5
