It seems like the reduced cake spawn rate is on purpose, because they went radio silent about this which is a shame. I'd love if they increased it, hopefully they will, but I don't think so.1 -

They way BHVR is stingy with BP lately like it's some kind of very rare, limited and expensive resource is actually crazy, idk what happened but it wasn't like that before.9
