I think Pinhead is too much skill with little reward, while also destroying uncoordinated survivors with ease, he’s in a weird state where he has pros and cons but I wouldn’t say he’s balanced2 -

I don’t think it will ever be an esports game, due to its asymmetrical nature, lack of balance and lack of esport community, it his however very competitive1
