Honestly I’m not a huge fan of perks that mess with early game as that’s already the killers weakest point. I feel the current state is alright but I wouldn’t be opposed to bumping each tier up by 5 …1 -

I’m 100% a killer main and with the time nerf lucky break got I think it’ll be fine. Outside of a quick and quiet inner strength gimmick build you’ll only get 1 use out of it IF you get hit somewhere…5
