It's just level one ruin which is trash. Gens take 80 sec to get done. Current ruin would regress it in 160 sec. You're ruin would make it take 320 sec. Nobody would run pop if the regressi…3 -

If they halve the regression of ruin, they might as well not make it a hex because it sure would suck and not do anything to warrant being a hex perk7 -
