Indeed, I would run Shadowborn if gen-regression perks weren't a requirement in high-level play. But I seriously doubt a bit of extra FoV will make high-speed Killers like Blight and Nurse just …1 -

Shadowborn isn’t an aura perk, nor does its effects help you in the game. It just feels nice to use and makes Killer more enjoyable2 -

I don't think that should be locked behind a perk though. Your skill shouldn't be restricted by a perk if you play better with higher FoV.1
