Of course they would be gimped. When you're forcefully reducing something from it's potential you are gimping it... Console needs optimization without a doubt but reducing everybody to 30fp…2 -

You have the answer to your problem. You cannot expect everyone else to be gimped because you choose to play on a less powerful system. You either have to live with it or deal with the wait times.3 -
