Yup, as it is the buff they gave survivors to prevent tunnelling is being abused to body block the one who unhooks. Then they complain about being tunnelled by the killer.4 -

This exists. Go under Custom Match, and when you click the + sign to add a survivor, pick the bot option.2 -
