I rather see coup becoming a pasive bonus to lunges each time you hook someone, just reduce the bonus and spread it trought 8 hooks and it becomes a really fun late game perk1 -

I would argue that sloopy does need a buff, or more specifically the debuffs it applies. Hemorrage should make blood "brighter" so its much more easier to se no mater the place it falls on,…1 -
