If you're not already using it, Rancor isn't that bad of an information perk. It gives you the locations of every survivor on the map when a generator is done.1 -

Every killer in the game could chase you for 80 seconds if they wanted to. Removing illusion Doctors, or even Madness, won't do anything.5
