I could be wrong but I would drop pallets early and continue to loop him on that pallet. He can't hurt you when he's on the other side of the pallet so when he chains you, he's forced …1 -

Yeah it's so crazy and fun being chased by him, it's like "AhhhHHHhHH don't shoot ME!! PleaSe..." Plus he has a cool character design so I like seeing him a lot.2
