At this point, they could revert the 'conspicuous action' condition and it would still be bad. They could always just make it activate after every unhook (minus the end game unhooks).2 -

Value feels iffy. Very good against 110%, but reminds me of dead hard for distance in that it's bustedness depends on the map and how stupid it is by itself.1
