If he is able to hit all of the survivors then your teammates don't know how to play against legion. If you see your teammates gathered on a gen then go as far from them as possible.1 -

Honestly this sounds like a skill issue. He is still countered by spreading out. Go read his changes and his new addons so you know how to counter him. He is B tier now at best instead of C.4
