In order of importance: DS (needs a nerf) Moris (should only work on death hook) NOED (needs a nerf) I don't think any of the rest of these are issues.1 -

He's fun to play at the lower ranks. He's not viable at red ranks though in my experience, and even at purple ranks he can struggle at times.1 -
