Last time I checked, it still works excellent as an anti tunnel perk. According to many, they needed the anti tunnel perk to counter tunnelers. What has changed now?1 -

Stranger things had more content and costed more. As long as the content is solid and plenty, I don't mind paying extra for it.17 -

That's some decent changes. I really like them removing the spread. Hope the main event isn't useless still but will likely still be.2
