First I have no idea how this term came to be and why it only pertains to 2 perks. Also is it really a build if it is only half of your available perk slots? I must ask, if you don’t like these perks…1 -

thanks but the change cant come soon enough especially with crossplay being in the game now. Im not exactly sure how mouse wheel will help but I'll definitely give it a try1
