I like the way the animations are now. They actually feel smoother to me then they did before. My character reacts faster in my eyes instead of needing a moment to start up.1 -

I saw one a couple of nights ago but they never get used. Most killer's mori animations are to long for it to be beneficial to use on last hook. It is just faster to hook and move on.2
