It's been broken (on PC at least) since Oni update. I have not seen any official recognition of the problem. There are a few threads from players in Bugs discussion.1 -

Well it's also that Laurie is not free, so they are not delivering everything that people paid for. It would be nice to at least hear this is on a to do list somewhere.1
