I think they've said in the past that they don't make many changes until 3 months after the chapter release. They like the new content to settle in before making changes erratically.6 -

Yes. It only shows the surplus of players in the queue and that's it. Realistically what the data means is that there is a lot of space for active matches on the servers and a ton of games going…1 -
