I honestly don't understand the change. Make it so hooks can't be 99 but also make it so all hooks are saboed almost as quickly as if they were 99. like, what was the point?5 -

Re: DC penalties are BS
If your game is crashing that often then it's on your system and or internet. The penalty was needed and has already helped a lot with all the petulant children.2
