Not that I agree with OP or anything, but there's a bug at exit gates where you literally can't hit survivors at the very edge of the exit so there's no way to force them out.1 -

If you still have inactive traps after the last gen is completed, the game is probably going in the survivor's favor to begin with. If you have to resort to getting a kill by opening an exit gat…2 -
