NOED should be base kit in my opinion. Endgame is a 30 seconds until you escape. Let the killer get a last chance.2 -

Ruin isn't overpowered, it's just a last resort of killers trying to have any power over survivors. Without the perk, there simply won't be any killers to verse.11
