Both is hard to Balance. Only Endurance and no one would play this perk, but changes in movement speeds for Survivors are hard to Balance. And your right I dor exaple will not play killer until this …1 -

Read before you judge me. Ps it is a big deal. And if its not what about a perk that makes survivors 3% slower once they got hit. I thing you would rant about it.5
