This is exactly my experience!!!! You nailed it when you said super high ping killers which I've been getting so much more often as well! What is that about? Literally 100+ and more ping killers…6 -

Spine Chill should be buffed to work through walls again to counter undetectable/oblivious killer PERKS. But I think killer powers like Ghostface stealth, Wraith cloak, and so on should not make Spin…3
