You just stated it in your opening. *most* killers are weak and *most* maps are survivor sided. Therefore most of the time the survivor is the power role.3 -
Re: Freddy is unfun to play against
You dont loop Freddy like you do other killers if he has puddles. Do him like the clown, drop the pallet early and if your team is decent gen speeds carry the game.2 -

As other people have said, his power is a worse Freddy power. He has no map pressure and good survivors will just throw pallets early.1
