You can't do anything. BHVR doesn't have servers in our region (West Asia) so we've been forced to play with 130+ms always. At least you sometimes get under 100ms :)3 -

And for the sync error 112 which is still in the game. Very frustrating and a waste of time playing the game and receiving 0 blood points.2 -
