As far as I can tell, this happens whenever someone is mori'd by the Cenobite. I'm on PC, but I think it's an issue on all platforms.2 -

I'm going to start replying to this every now and then until the problem is fixed. I paid for these cosmetics, and they were fine when I bought them.8 -
Certain older skirt cosmetics on Feng and Meg (and maybe others) have no physics.
The skirts (I Heart the 80s and Game, Set, Match) act like they are glued to the characters' legs, making them look ugly and unrealistic. This has been a problem since the animation changes.25
