they "don't balance for top rank survivors" so don't count on in, survivor will always be balanced for average players8 -

SWF does not get a bonus to gen speed last time i checked, it works as long as the survivors just do solo gens4 -

nerfing an already not very strong killer in such a big way is not a good idea, he'd need compensation buffs if this nerf were to go through8 -
