MMR matchmaking queue times.
I don't have a preference about the whole MMR thing, i just want to play the game. Which brings me to my current subject, anyone else notice even longer than normal matchmaking times with MMR on? Its middle of the day with 38k concurrent players on steam right now, I just got in a match as Doctor in like 2 minutes, then i wanted to play Mike, been sitting here for 10+ minutes (Still waiting as I type this). Will try other killers and see the differences...

Time needed for matchmaking will always be a hotly debated issue. Some are fine to wait 2 minutes or even more for better results, others want their "instant gratification" here and now and don't you dare deny it! Or they'll go back to Fartnite right away.
But at the end of the day,, what good is one minute less rtime waiting when as result you're stuck in an unbalanced and unfun trial/match for potentially much longer?

MMR was on for a really short amount of time, so is no longer active in matchmaking I'm afraid, so it's definitely not this that's causing your long wait times.

i dont see any long que times at all, but you should have a minimum of a 30 min wait timer for playing doctor.

Long que times for survivors as all events are over so all the event farming killers have gone back to survivor. I imagine all the event farming will also have caused a lot of burn out as well making it longer.
Instant ques on killer though.
