I'm not seeing many posts with 'Trusted' by them these days - A lot of them were/are quite pleasant.

Well I know a lot of them resigned for a lack of a better word before my time here...and then a lot of them don't play anymore so have no reason to be on the forums. Boss was the last somewhat active one but he quit after Boons were released because he couldn't use Devour Hope anymore.
We definitely need more however. Karu would be one I'd like to see. General would also make a good one as far as I'm concerned. Cashel too. Definitely a lot of options for new people.
Edit: Forgot to include Pulsar, knew I missed someone specifically. These four I think would make great trusted members.

my guess is that they ended up leaving the forum (and maybe even the game / community) one by one due to personal reasons (e.g. they moved on in life and no longer have the time to spend on DbD / they got bored of it and quit), so since we never had another shot at the "Trusted Program" by BHVR, its gotten extraordinarily rare to see anyone with that tag nowadays.
its kind of sad to no longer see them around - they usually had some really interesting topics to talk about and good opinions on others topics, while also being nice and respectfull.
they used to bring some fresh wind in here every once in a while, which was always a welcome thing... :(

Pretty sure Boss quit DBD and the forums after the NFT incident which is completely reasonable. Maybe the others had the same fate?

Fibi was removed from the program, and members like Groot and NMCKE left out of protest. Dwight plays DBD much less, Boss left DBD entirely over the NFT scandel, and I believe there was one named Fire something that hangs around incredibly rarely.

Contrary to popular belief, nobody gets banned for speaking about BHVR - that's just what people say when they don't want to say the truth about why they got banned.
People get banned for breaking the forum rules and throwing insults around.

I know I hassle you guys/gals over stuff a fair bit and I am still here!
People just need to treat each other ok and learn to present their views in a digestible manner.
I don't think people realize that their post histories can have a huge impact on the sort of engagement/treatment they get from other users.

People have strong opinions and that's great, yes you are right - it's the way of expressing those opinions are where the issues lie. If someone is consistently rude and insulting then clearly, they're going to go through the escalation procedure here on the forums. Those that can discuss things in a constructive manner, without throwing around insults, even if they hate everything in the game, and with bhvr etc will not get any punishment because criticism is fine, it's healthy - it's when it turns rude and insulting, then it becomes a problem.

I can get why some people could become irrational due to how bhvr action that they took or haven't took to ensure the playerbase is happy but insulting people won't help.
The only way to make thing happen is by giving criticism or take a stance and either leave the game till they fix the problem or don't spend anything in the in-game store and dlc. Another would be a high figure spreading some light on a action that could be considered bad.
Even i whom hate bhvr for all it action they've done that made the game worse in anyway isn't insulting them because it would ruin my credibility and the people im insulting wouldn't hear to what i have to say or wouldn't consider my criticism valid. The one thing i did was criticised the bhvr albeit with anger didn't just insult them, i just left. I only here just to watch and maybe comment on the balance or optimization or whatever happen to catch my eye untill vhs come out.

a person could get irrational very easily and another could have one moment where they did become irrational but isn't common for them to be so.
I would say im in the middle as i did made a few post where i had a match which pissed me off (one was me getting heated because of the hook survivor has priority over the survivor that trying to unhook them which i said to remove to collision/hitbox for the hook survivor which was mistaken for removing it so the killer could go through instead of being unable to hit the hook survivor)

Depends how long I play DBD for. If I stop playing the game, then I'll probably stop using the forums too.
And with how a lot of my survivor games are going, it's looking that way; the same pattern happened before leading to a 3 month break. Only reason I came back was to play with friends again and then I once more got addicted.

They and I used to argue about whether or not BHVR were dealing with NFT's. They said there was no way and it was obviously a scam, we had a whole multi-page discussion over it.

Interested how DBD's on Steam currently when steam put out that they were not allowing any games involved with NFT's on their platforms. I didn't read too much into it so maybe there's some exception there I don't know of. Do we know anything about that situation?
