not being able to restart a raid

I was Raiding with a friend last night when we ran into this problem.
I had died to a trap and my friend was still alive but ending up getting disconnected, I was still stuck on the screen where it says wait for a friend to revive you. You can still go into the menu and restart your raid from there but would be a nice feature for the system to detect your friends leaving and giving you the screen where all players die
