Issue whenever editing loadout on older devices

I have a Computer that doesnt have the greatest processing power, But on the lowest settings the game runs incredibly smoothly and is incredible fun to play, howsoever whenever I go to change my loadout the character in the loadout menu is rendered at a very high quality, this issue also persists whenever you are speaking to an NPC
