Boost effect of the closed playtest still active.

When you activate the hardware advisers boost, which no longer should allow you to save hardware in a run, there is still the same percentual as if the boost that saves hardware in an attempt on an outpost.
Meaning you can still have 2, 3 or even more phoenix pods, multiple Flash barriers as well as stack 6 or even more spike drives.
Not sure if it is a hidden effect or if you guys just forgot to omit the line of code, or the function so this effect still persisted even though it shouldn't.
