How to Restart a Master outpost with any Madgen ?

Hello !
I've 2 outpost level 10 and I can't upgrade them cause their are at max level. Then, when I show tutorial, it's say that it's possible to restart outpost since the prestige parameter but I don't found this option. Can you help me ?

You can’t. 10th prestige is final prestige as of right now.
you have to make a new one. However, you can keep up to 200 maps for social matches with friends.
