Can I restart from scratch

I own this game on my PS5 and wish to restart it from scratch after several failed attempts.

I tried deleting all data for this game but it still continues from my latest save.

I assume the save point is therefore on my login account?

So how can I restart the game completely?

    I don't understand what you need to start from scratch. You can't fail the game, just raid a couple outposts to regain currency and buy another burial site?
