Lore for mechanics
First I want to thank you, because I'm having fun with Meet Your Maker, which didn't happen for a long time. Games get boring. Yours does not. Congratulations. I like the mechanics, I like the lore.
I just wanted to say, we all hope it's gonna be a long term story, like Rogue, and Doom, the kind of games you can put "-like" after it to name a genre (which in our case, would be a mym-like).
The number of monsters and traps has to grow. And THE KEY TO GROWTH OF GAMEPLAY IS GROWTH OF LORE. Augment the lore, and naturally the number of possible monsters, and more importantly, the number of available trap-types, will increase dramatically. Keep it close to the ground though. Not too futuristic.
