Same key binding prevents players from completing an outpost
There is a very nasty bug in co-op mode that prevents one player from completing an outpost. If one of the players dies in the Escape Zone around the outpost after both players have collected the gen mat then it becomes impossible to respawn them. It's all because the same key is used for escaping an Outpost and for respawning. And it seems escaping has a bigger priority than respawning, because it results in 1 player escaping the outpost and other one failing to do this.
You could easily fix this by making respawning have bigger key priority than escaping.
